JASON ALTERI
Jason Alteri, M.S., is an experienced instructional designer with over 8 years of experience creating learning interventions and evaluating learning strategies in corporate, government, religious, and higher education settings. Most recently, he spent four years working as an instructional designer for Walmart’s corporate training office. Jason earned a M.S., and was a PhD student, in the Instructional Design, Development and Evaluation Program at Syracuse University.

DR. ASHLEY ALTERI
Ashley Alteri, Ph.D., J.D., is an Assistant Professor of Human Resources in the College of Business at Tennessee State University. Dr. Alteri earned her Ph.D. in Public Administration and Policy, focusing on Public Management, from State University of New York, University at Albany. She also earned an M.A. in Human Resources and Industrial Relations and a J.D. from the University of Minnesota. Dr. Alteri is an attorney and worked in human resources and management in both the public and private sectors.
Dr. Alteri has eight years of experience designing and facilitating in-person and online courses for Tennessee State University, SUNY University at Albany, Excelsior College, and corporate clients. At the Internal Revenue Service, she designed custom training solutions on workplace policies and labor laws.
